TERMS OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND ALL OTHER SERVICES: ​ In order to provide you with the best service and quality,  please ensure the property is staged and ready before our team arrives. No alarm signs, water hoses, pool cleaners, or personal photos should be visible. All lights should be turned on and any missing light bulbs should be replaced. Special photo editing requests should be sent to us by email prior to the shoot. A 30% fee applies if the shoot is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the shoot. Confirmed services cannot be cancelled at the time of the shoot and will still be billed in full. Once the team has been given entry, we request that the property be vacated for the duration of the shoot so that we’re able to work freely and provide the highest quality final product. Altern8 Media cannot guarantee turnaround times, nor will it be held accountable for delays caused by external interference while working at the property. A $150 fee will be applied for onsite delays of more than 45 minutes or if our team needs to return to the property on another day to complete the shoot. Altern8 Media retains copyright to all images and videos. Turnaround for services: 1. Photos are available the morning after the shoot. 2. Videos can take up to 3 business days after the shoot (excluding day of the shoot). 3. 3D Tour is available 1-2 business days after scan-Remember that Altern8 Media does not host 3D Tours, the creation of a Matterport account through which users can visit 3D spaces is the client's sole responsibility Listing Content - Payment Terms: The project total, meaning the full sum of all services booked by the client, is due upon completion and delivery of all of the deliverables, unless otherwise agreed upon under special circumstances. In the absence of payment, the deliverable may be made visible to the client, but it will not be shareable or available for download until payment has been received in full. In the event that of all deliverables have been shared without reception of payment, the content will be considered unlicensed. Any request to reschedule a booked project will be subject to a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the total value of the services booked. Branding Content (non listing-related) - Payment Terms: Pre interview, script creation, production and post production fees are owed up front as soon as these services are scheduled. Any corporate/branding service will considered as TBC in absence of payment, and may only be booked solid following reception of payment. Intellectual property: You agree that all materials, products, and provided services are the property of Altern8 Media, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Altern8 Media’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. Altern8 Media retains copyright ownership for any and all deliverables, in photography or video form, either raw or edited products. Commercial and promotional licenses can be requested, please address your request to info@altern8media.com. We do not guarantee availability of either raw or edited product for purchase, regardless of intended use.
